Graduates of the study programme History, specialisation Gender History will be equipped with key competencies that will enable them to find employment in a wide range of memory and scientific research organisations reflecting historical issues. Knowledge of current trends in the approach to the formation and definition of rules for ensuring and maintaining gender equality will also direct them to the protection of minority rights in public administration and the private sector, as well as to the environment of non-profit companies. The emphasis on critical reflection on historical and contemporary texts and the ability to create professional texts prepare graduates of the specialisation for scientific professions, in the form of follow-up doctoral studies or directly within research organisations.
