Graduates are able to apply art and conservation techniques and methodological and working procedures in the course of conservation/restoration treatment of works of art and craft on textile support. They gain knowledge of the specifics associated with paintings on textile support, historical and modern materials and procedures involved in their conservation/restoration treatments. They are ready to participate in the preparation and realization of restoration projects exceeding the issues of a single artwork. In addition, they are able to form a complex view of cultural heritage preservation. Graduates can use the gained knowledge in practice both in the preventive care and conservation/restoration of works of art and craft on textile support that are exposed to long-term harmful effects of the environment and during the conservation/restoration treatment in the workshop or within fieldwork.
